Warranty Information

All Road Magnet springs are covered by our simple, easy to understand warranty. Unlike other lowering spring suppliers, we do not require that a certified mechanic that is experienced in installing springs perform the assembly. We also expect that you want to drive your car. Most warranties suggest that their lowering springs are for "show" purposes only. Road Magnet springs have been designed to perform on the road. We stand behind the quality and performance of our springs. In the unlikely event of a failure, you may send them back for replacement or a full refund. Below is a copy of the actual warranty that is on every box of Road Magnet springs. If there are any questions or concerns about the warranty, please contact us and we will be glad to explain the details of our outstanding warranty. Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping.

LIMITED WARRANTY

What Does This Warranty Cover? This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in any

new Road Magnet Spring, Compression Spring, Extension Spring, and Torsion Spring.

How Long Does The Coverage Last? This warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of

purchase. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the spring(s).

How Long Do Implied Warranties Last? All implied warranties, including the implied

warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are

limited to one (1) year from the date of purchase. Some states to not allow limitations on how

long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

What Will Road Magnet Do? Road Magnet will repair or replace any defective or malfunctioning

spring or component of the spring at no charge.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover? Any malfunction that is caused by abuse, misuse, or

faulty installation is not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable

under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or

consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

How Do You Get Service? In order to be eligible for service under this warranty you MUST

return the warranty registration card included in the package within thirty (30) days of

purchasing the spring(s).

If something goes wrong with your spring(s), send the malfunctioning or defective spring(s)

postage paid with a brief description of the problem to:

Unless the malfunction or defect is caused by misuse or abuse, we will repair or replace the

spring(s) and will return the repaired spring(s) or new spring(s) to you COD within [seven (7)]

business days of receipt.

How Does State Law Apply? This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also

have other rights which vary from state to state.
